For some reason, I didn't have a lot of expectations for yuehua so I believe because of that, they were better than I thought? Also ding zeren looked more like a vocal but he's a rapper! I think he's the best out of the 7 yuehua trainees. That allowed a good flow from the previous episode. I'm glad that yuehua's perfomance was at the start of the episode and not put at the end like some other show that do that to keep viewers watching till the end. And I was expecting them to sing a cool song not "winner winner chicken dinner". Also, I found out that xiao gui's only a 99liner! I didn't know he was younger than me, I thought he just had a baby face!
IDOL MANAGER EP 2 ENG SUB HOW TO
I like how they acted like 古惑仔 (sth like gangster? Not very sure how to translate this) at the start. I think Xiao gui's team performance was well put together. But I think he lacks experience on stage so hopefully he will gain more of it through idol producer. Like how the guy next to bu fan (yue yue?) put his hand over his chest, and how li rong hao couldn't help but smile even though he was supposed to control himself. I like the mentors and trainees reaction haha. I had goosebumps during the entire performance. I really liked his cover of city of stars. Anyhow, I'll still comment on some of the performances.įirstly, Qian Zheng Hao's voice is amazing. When I first watched this episode I had so much to say but I've forgotten most of it by now. who knew idol producer would make me this productive? thirdly, you then enjoy that that your hard work and struggles have brought success." damn, someone get him a ted talk because that whole thing got me off my sorry ass and into work mode all afternoon. no matter what you're thinking about, you have to go do it. instead, i hope you transform that strength into motivation to practice." and also: "a top trainee, i think, firstly must be a good person. but the point is crying doesn't solve problems. the ending part really hit me, when he's like "yeah i cried too. it's clear he genuinely wants to see the trainees get to the next level and hearing how jj lin as his mentor is basically the reason he ended up in exo puts things in perspective. i liked him as a judge but i like him even more now. tfw u have no upper body strengthĮdit: just watched yixing's interview today and it's really interesting. The ones that stuck out for me so far are QIN trainees and of course yuehua, banana, and gramarie! i'm especially liking you zhangjin, might be one of my top picks so far!Īlso idk if anyone has been watching the extra bits but he dong dong's pull up bar intro is so funny. it looks like the floor might be slippery which could be dangerous :/ my heart also stopped when huang ruohan slipped (around 1:32ish) but he kept going like a champ. a lot kinda fall short even tho it's clear they're trying really hard. Shoutout to zhu zhengting's modern dance solo that they didn't air!!! i'm sad they didn't show more trainees, but now that i'm watching their performances, it's kind of understandable.
